We are building a citywide, community co-designed Economic Mobility and Opportunity Action Plan for Charlottesville to present to City Council. The City Manager’s Office is coordinating this effort, bringing together residents, City departments, and community organizations to identify barriers, align resources, and co-design solutions that expand opportunity.
